NOW ENROLLING · 2026 INTAKE

Enrolment, made simple.

From first enquiry to first day, you'll have one enrolment coordinator who knows your family by name. Here's exactly what to expect.

How it works

Four steps. About a week, end to end.

We move at the pace your family needs — faster if you're ready, slower if you'd like to think it over.

01

Enquire

Tell us a bit about your child — age, days needed, start date. We'll reply within one business day with availability and any questions.

02

Tour

A 25-minute walk-through with the Centre Director. Children welcome. Ask anything — meals, sleep, ratios, fees.

03

Enrol

We send the digital enrolment pack. You upload IDs, immunisations, and CCS details. Sign electronically and we'll confirm placement.

04

Settle

Two free 'orientation visits' before Day One. We co-design your child's settling plan with you — sleep, food, comfort items, all of it.

Fees & CCS

Transparent fees. Most families pay 50–80% less.

We're a Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved provider. Once your CCS is registered with Centrelink, your subsidy is applied to your fees automatically — you only pay the gap.

An indicative full-day fee is $148 per day, including all meals, nappies, sunscreen and excursions. No hidden charges.

*Indicative gap fee for a family on the median CCS rate (~85%). Your actual subsidy depends on income, activity test and child count. Use the Services Australia CCS calculator for an exact figure.

What to bring

A short checklist for enrolment day.

Once you've toured, your enrolment coordinator will send a digital pack. These are the documents you'll need to upload.

Child's birth certificate or passport

A photo or scan is fine.

Immunisation history statement

Available from your Medicare account in 5 minutes. Required by NSW law.

CCS Customer Reference Number (CRN)

Your CRN and your child's CRN, plus your activity test confirmation.

Emergency contacts

Two contacts (other than parents) who can collect your child if needed.

Allergy / medical management plans

Signed by your GP if your child has any allergies, asthma or ongoing conditions.

Photo of authorised pick-ups

Used at the door for confirmation — we never release a child to an unphotographed adult.

Frequently asked

The questions parents ask most on tour.

It varies by room. Nursery has the longest waitlist (often 3–6 months); Preschool and Pre-Kindy usually have shorter waits or immediate openings. Get on the list early — we’ll keep you updated and you can change your mind any time.

All three meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea), nappies and wipes, sunscreen, all program materials and excursions. The only thing you bring is a comfort item if your child wants one, and a labelled water bottle.

Yes — most children start with 2 or 3 days a week. Subject to availability in each room.

Once your CCS is registered with Centrelink, the subsidy is automatically applied to your fees. You’ll only ever see the gap fee on your invoice. Most families on a median income receive 80–90% off.

Our kitchen is allergen-aware and we manage individual allergy plans signed by your GP. We are nut-free across all centres and clearly label every meal.
